Karluk Manor, located in Anchorage, Alaska, is a groundbreaking "Housing First" facility operated by Rural Alaska Community Action Program (RurAL CAP). Opened in 2011, it was Alaska's first Housing First residence, specifically designed to provide permanent housing for chronically homeless individuals, particularly those with long-standing alcohol addiction, without requiring sobriety as a precondition.

The facility offers 46 furnished efficiency units with on-site supportive services, including case management, and access to medical and mental health care.
