The Gaines House

The Gaines House is a nonprofit transitional living residence in Little Rock for homeless women age 18 and older who have a mental, physical, or behavioral health disability. Its mission is to provide a safe, supportive setting where residents can work toward greater independence.

The residence describes a supervised environment designed to support women preparing for independent living. Services include meals, laundry facilities, assistance with scheduling and maintaining medical appointments, transportation to appointments, medication monitoring, and help with daily adult living skills.
