Description

Pathways of Hope is a nonprofit serving North Orange County through food, shelter, and housing programs for people experiencing hunger, homelessness, or housing insecurity. Based in Fullerton, the organization connects immediate assistance with longer-term pathways to stability.

Through the HUB of Hope Food Pantry, Pathways provides nutritious groceries to low-income households using a client-choice model. Its services also include food pantries at Cypress College and North Orange Continuing Education, housing support and case management for low-income California State University, Fullerton students, and Via Esperanza, an Anaheim emergency shelter for families experiencing homelessness.

Pathways of Hope also offers permanent supportive housing, homelessness prevention assistance, and housing-related supports through its CalAIM partnership. These programs combine housing resources with individualized navigation, case management, or other supportive services. People seeking additional help can review NHREA’s homeless assistance resources in California and federal assistance resources. Visit the official Pathways of Hope website to confirm current program details.
