Project Homeless Connect is a San Francisco–based nonprofit that unites city agencies, local organizations, and volunteers to deliver critical, hard-to-access services for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Through its signature Community Day of Service events and weekly in-house drop-in programs, PHC offers a “one-stop shop” where individuals can access medical care, dental services, legal aid, housing support, employment counseling, hygiene products, and more — all aimed at restoring dignity, building connection, and empowering people to move forward.
