Hildebrand Family Self Help

Hildebrand Family Self-Help Center helps families experiencing homelessness move toward safe, affordable, permanent housing. Based in Cambridge, the organization provides shelter along with comprehensive, culturally responsive case management and supportive services.

Staff work with families to create rehousing plans, identify permanent homes, and connect with resources related to education, employment, health, food, and other needs. Hildebrand also supports children and teens in shelter, offers health systems navigation, and provides post-shelter stabilization services to help families remain securely housed and pursue their goals.
