Clark County Homeless Coalition

Clark County Homeless Coalition (CCHC) works to help people experiencing homelessness move toward stable housing and greater independence in Winchester and Clark County. Its services include housing assistance, housing-stability support, and connections to community resources.

CCHC’s housing programs include rapid rehousing and tenant-based rental assistance, helping eligible participants pursue housing and maintain stability. Wainscott Hall provides shelter and case-management support, including goal setting, housing searches, and assistance identifying and applying for available housing options. Educational opportunities may include budgeting, life skills, GED preparation, and employment training.
