First Step Communities – The Grove

First Step Communities – The Grove is a low-barrier shelter in Sacramento for young people ages 18 to 24 experiencing homelessness. Located at 2787 Grove Ave, the program is operated by First Step Communities in partnership with the City of Sacramento and provides temporary housing with supportive services.
