Since 1989, Seton House in Casper, Wyoming, has provided compassionate support to mothers and children experiencing homelessness. Founded by Brother Raymond Phillips, the organization began with three emergency shelter apartments and has grown to 22 apartments, a learning center for children, and a donation center.
