Starting as a grassroots program focused on Native American men recovering from substance use disorders, Native American Connections has grown into a multifaceted organization operating 24 sites throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. They provide a continuum of affordable housing options, culturally sensitive health services, and community development initiatives that collectively impact over 10,000 individuals and families each year.
