CHIP – Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention

CHIP — Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention coordinates the Indianapolis community response to homelessness. As the lead agency for the Indianapolis Continuum of Care, CHIP brings together individuals, organizations, advocates, and resources to strengthen collaboration and advance solutions that help ensure everyone has a place to call home.

CHIP supports collective action through community education, shared planning, workgroups, advocacy, and attention to the experiences of people with lived expertise. Its work also includes helping partners use Homeless Management Information System data to better understand homelessness and coordinate services.
