FISH of West Valley — Food Pantry

FISH of West Valley Food Pantry, a ministry of the Congregational Church of Chatsworth, offers free food assistance for Los Angeles County residents. Families, seniors, unhoused neighbors and other people who need food can visit the pantry at 20440 Lassen Street, Los Angeles, CA 91311.

Findhelp lists pantry distribution on Wednesdays from 11 a.m.–4 p.m. and Saturdays from 11 a.m.–3:30 p.m. No identification or documentation is required. If illness prevents a visit, a relative or friend can collect food on the recipient’s behalf. People whose disability makes visiting difficult can contact the pantry about possible volunteer delivery; delivery is not assured.

Emergency food is available by request at 818-280-9463. The program description separately lists Sunday breakfast items beginning at 10 a.m. and a fellowship dinner at 5 p.m.; these are separate from the Wednesday and Saturday pantry schedule. English is listed as a service language. Confirm current availability and any schedule changes before visiting.

Details are drawn from Findhelp’s FISH of West Valley entry. For additional food benefits, see California CalFresh and the USDA SNAP overview.
