San Diego LGBT Community Center — Neighborhood Food Bank

The San Diego LGBT Community Center hosts a free monthly food distribution at 3909 Centre Street. The Neighborhood Food Bank is a community food resource supported by the San Diego Food Bank and Center volunteers.

Getting food

Enroll in person on the distribution day or call 866-350-3663 to enroll and ask about current requirements. Findhelp lists service for people who need food, including LGBTQIA+ community members, with information available in English and Spanish. Monthly schedule

The distribution is typically held on the first Tuesday of each month from 8:00–10:00 a.m. Pacific. This is a monthly event, not a weekly Tuesday pantry. Check the Center’s event calendar for date changes before traveling.
