The Wyoming Continuum of Care (WY CoC) is dedicated to reducing homelessness across Wyoming by addressing immediate needs and improving the quality of housing and supportive services in every community. As a membership-driven planning and oversight body, WY CoC develops and implements strategies to ensure homelessness is rare, brief, and non-recurring. The organization coordinates community policies, analyzes local data, identifies service gaps, implements systemic solutions, educates the public on homelessness issues, and provides technical assistance to enhance the effectiveness of homeless services statewide.”
