Anchored Home leads Anchorage’s coordinated response to homelessness through multiple targeted programs, including the CoC Program Competition, Project Homeless Connect 2024, Street Outreach, Data Management, Next Step, Healthcare & Homelessness, and Case Conferencing. The 2023-2028 Anchored Home Strategic Plan reflects a community-shaped approach to harness resources effectively and reduce homelessness. Annual reports highlight progress, partnerships, and evolving strategies.
