Yet, for far too many people, living on the streets, in shelters, or institutions is a harsh reality not by choice but due to circumstances beyond their control. At Brilliant Corners, we understand that supportive housing—which combines affordability with tailored supportive services—is the key to helping vulnerable populations secure and maintain stable homes.

With a strong commitment to the Housing First philosophy, Brilliant Corners partners with public and private agencies to develop innovative and scalable supportive housing platforms. Each year, we rapidly house thousands of individuals formerly experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing their homes. Our collaborative efforts extend to creating community-based housing for over 1,000 previously institutionalized Californians with developmental disabilities, providing them with dignity, independence, and care.
