Community Affairs & Resource Center

Community Affairs & Resource Center (CARC) provides community-based support designed to promote housing stability, energy security, employment readiness, and personal well-being. Its programs include homelessness prevention, eviction defense and diversion, relocation and rental assistance, energy assistance, weatherization, heating improvements, and work-readiness training.

CARC also addresses lead-based paint hazards and offers support for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, including advocacy, crisis intervention, counseling, safety planning, support groups, and referrals. Additional classes, workshops, and special programs provide education, skill-building, and community resources.
