Description

Community Alliance for the Homeless is the driving force behind a unified, strategic response to homelessness in Memphis and Shelby County, Tennessee. Our nonprofit coordinates efforts among local partners to ensure that resources are maximized, services are accessible, and people experiencing homelessness receive the support they need to transition into stable housing.

Through collaboration with government agencies, shelters, healthcare providers, and community organizations, we design and implement data-informed solutions that prioritize long-term success over short-term fixes. Our mission is to build a community where homelessness is rare, brief, and nonrecurring, and we do that by promoting coordinated entry systems, housing-first approaches, and wraparound services that address both immediate needs and underlying causes.

Stay connected by subscribing to our updates and be part of the movement to create a stronger, more compassionate Memphis where every person has a safe place to call home.
