Cornerstone Community Outreach

Cornerstone Community Outreach (CCO) is an Illinois nonprofit providing shelter and supportive services for people experiencing homelessness in Chicago. Located in the Uptown neighborhood at 4628 N Clifton Ave, CCO offers temporary refuge and individualized support intended to help guests move toward a home of their own.

CCO’s programs serve adults and families, including single women, single men, intact families, and single-parent or guardian families. Support may include casework, meals, a food pantry, donated clothing and household items through a free store, and access to computers for job searches, housing searches, online classes, and assistance applications.
