At CHIL, we believe that no young person deserves to be homeless. Every youth in Illinois deserves access to shelter, nutritious food, clothing, education, and—most importantly—opportunity for a better future.
CHIL offers a safe harbor through a full continuum of wraparound supportive services designed to meet the physical, emotional, and educational needs of Chicago’s most vulnerable young people. Our programs empower youth to build their path to independence, providing comprehensive care and guidance as they navigate the challenges of homelessness and work toward self-sufficiency.
