Located in Phoenix’s Diamond Building, Dress for Success Phoenix is part of Dress for Success Arizona, an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving women through professional attire, career development tools, and a supportive network. The organization has worked toward women’s economic mobility since 2009.
Services offered at no cost to the women served include personal styling, professional clothing, one-on-one career coaching, resume and cover-letter assistance, mock interviews, group classes, job-readiness and professional-skills training, financial literacy, digital literacy, and job-retention programming. Partnerships with Arizona State University and Maricopa Community Colleges connect women with certificate and degree opportunities. Workforce programming also supports teens and young adults ages 16–24, while the Mobile Career Center brings selected services to community locations. Tailor Made for Success provides professional attire resources for unemployed and underemployed men.
