Emmanuel Baptist Rescue Mission.

Emmanuel Baptist Rescue Mission is a Christian nonprofit serving downtown Los Angeles’ Skid Row since 1953. The mission addresses urgent physical and spiritual needs by providing meals, donated clothing, shelter-related support, and gospel-centered ministry for people experiencing homelessness and hardship.

Services described by the mission include hot meals prepared in its own kitchen, clothing assistance, showers, overnight beds, and breakfast. Gospel services are part of the ministry, and new converts may have opportunities for Bible study and fellowship onsite.

People seeking additional help can explore homeless assistance resources in California and federal assistance programs. Visit the official Emmanuel Baptist Rescue Mission website to confirm current program details and donation options.
