Flemington Area Food Pantry

Founded in 1982, Flemington Area Food Pantry serves Hunterdon County from its location at 154 Route 31 North in Flemington, across the parking lot from the front entrance of the Flemington Walmart. Its mission is to support community health and well-being by offering nutritious food, essential items, resource connections, and compassionate service that respects each neighbor’s dignity.

The pantry uses a client-choice model, with selections that may include proteins, fresh produce, perishables, pantry staples, and personal care items. Its broader programming addresses food access and wellness through services such as support for homebound neighbors, community meals, summer food assistance, birthday bags for children, meal kits, and connections to local resources.
