Description

Grandma’s House of Hope provides emergency and transitional housing in Orange County for adults experiencing homelessness. Since 2007, the organization has supported single adult men and women facing challenges related to disability, illness, addiction, re-entry, mental health, and trauma. Its Anaheim location is at 206 N State College Blvd.

Programs combine housing with practical and supportive services, including food and clothing, case management, housing navigation, group and individual counseling, career mentorship, life-skills workshops, and house meetings that build community. Workshops may address meal preparation, cleaning, budgeting, repairs, and medication management. The organization also offers trauma-sensitive housing for female victims of crime and after-care support for up to two years after graduation, along with an alumni network for graduates.
