Holy Ground PBC

Holy Ground PBC, located at 200 W 20th St in Riviera Beach, provides housing, support, and resources for young pregnant or parenting mothers experiencing homelessness in Palm Beach County. Its core residential program uses an independent-living model with individual apartments to help participants build stability and prepare for life beyond the program. Support may include individualized case management, trauma-informed counseling, educational and vocational guidance, mentoring, life-skills and financial guidance, parenting support, health and wellness education, and assistance connecting with essential resources. Children can receive tutoring and play-based enrichment through The Learning Tree. Holy Ground also extends selected support through an outreach program for vulnerable mothers and children who have stable housing.

After completing the residential program, mothers may transition to independent housing through Holy Ground’s Graduate Program while continuing to participate in activities and receive wraparound support for a period of time.
