Homebase is a dedicated nonprofit organization with over three decades of experience working alongside local partners to prevent and end homelessness. We focus on identifying and analyzing the root causes of homelessness to develop effective systems and solutions that work. As facilitators, community partners, and nationally recognized technical assistance providers, we blend deep expertise on homelessness with practical experience in program design and implementation.
