Jovenes Inc. Center

Jovenes Inc. supports youth ages 18–24 experiencing homelessness in Boyle Heights and communities throughout Southeast Los Angeles County. Its approach combines housing with services intended to help young people recover from trauma, plan for the future, and build greater stability.

Through emergency shelter and transitional housing, Jovenes provides a place to begin working with counselors and case managers while planning a move to permanent housing. Its housing solutions include rental subsidies, permanent supportive housing, and other pathways that help youth move into housing of their own. Jovenes also offers a College Success Initiative for students experiencing homelessness.
