Since 2006, Justa Center has been the only resource and day center exclusively dedicated to serving older adults experiencing homelessness in the Phoenix area. With a specialized focus on adults aged 55 and over, Justa Center addresses the growing and complex needs of seniors who face homelessness, offering vital services designed to restore dignity, stability, and hope.
Over the past decade and a half, the average age of seniors experiencing homelessness has risen from 57 to 65, reflecting an alarming increase in first-time homelessness among adults over 70. Justa Center understands this demographic shift and has tailored its programs accordingly to provide compassionate, age-appropriate support.
Our comprehensive services include benefits assistance, transportation coordination, permanent housing placement support, healthcare referrals, and personalized case management.
