North Alabama Coalition for the Homeless

North Alabama Coalition for the Homeless, or NACH, helps coordinate the regional homelessness-response system. People seeking housing assistance can use its published walk-in access point for assessment and referral to participating programs. NACH is a coordination and housing-assistance resource, not a guarantee of immediate shelter or permanent housing.

The walk-in access point is inside Downtown Rescue Mission at 1400 Evangel Drive NW, Huntsville, Alabama 35816. Call 256-261-3029 and select option 1 for housing assistance. NACH publishes a different mailing address for administrative correspondence, so visitors should use the Evangel Drive location only after confirming current walk-in procedures.
