Orangewood Foundation supports young people in Orange County as they prepare for adulthood and independence. Its programs serve young people transitioning from foster care, experiencing homelessness, pursuing education, or affected by human trafficking. The Orangewood Resource Center connects young people with groceries, hot meals, showers, laundry, counseling, computer access, and one-on-one guidance.
Housing services include transitional housing and support for moving toward stability. The Housing Assistance Program may help with move-in costs, essential furniture and appliances, utility bills, and unexpected expenses. Orangewood’s Lighthouse Housing Program provides confidential, trauma-informed transitional housing and ongoing support for survivors of human trafficking.
Education and employment support includes scholarships, job training, workshops, peer groups, and life-skills guidance. Visit the official website to confirm current program details. For broader California homeless assistance resources or federal assistance information, visit NHREA’s resource pages.
