Description

Prodisee Pantry is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit community ministry in Spanish Fort that provides emergency food assistance and disaster relief for Baldwin County families facing hardship related to job loss, medical expenses, natural disasters, and other crises. Founded as an outreach ministry in 2003 and incorporated as an independent tax-exempt nonprofit in 2005, it has grown into a community-supported hub of hope.

Its assistance supports households experiencing financial difficulty, including single-parent families, unemployed or under-employed households, families in transition, people experiencing homelessness, retirees, and grandparents raising grandchildren. The pantry shares healthy foods and connects families with information about additional support available through community partners. Its work is supported by staff, a board of directors, an advisory council, and a large volunteer network.
