Project HOPE is Family Connection’s day center and outreach program for young people experiencing homelessness, including runaway youth and others in crisis ages 16–22. Located in Birmingham, the program connects participants with food, clothing, transportation, counseling, case management, and other essential services.
Its Street Outreach Program also brings educational materials and essential supplies directly to youth living on the streets. Project HOPE is part of Family Connection’s broader mission to provide shelter, counseling, and safety for young people in crisis. Visit the official Project HOPE and shelter information to confirm current program details.
Additional resources are available through NHREA’s Alabama homeless assistance guide and federal assistance resources.
