Providence at the Heights (PATH)

Providence at the Heights (PATH) is a Second Chance Center housing community in Aurora serving justice-involved individuals. SCC identifies PATH as offering permanent supportive housing with safe, stable homes and on-site supportive services designed to support long-term stability.

PATH is part of Second Chance Center’s broader reentry work, which includes care management, behavioral health services, employment and career pathway support, and wellness-focused programming. These services are intended to help formerly incarcerated individuals build stability and move toward independent living.
