Salt + Light

Salt + Light, located in Visalia, supports Central California neighbors at risk of or experiencing homelessness through dignified housing, case management, purposeful work opportunities, and outreach rooted in community and belonging. Its work includes Neighborhood Village, a permanent supportive community in Tulare County, and mobile relief outreach for neighbors living unhoused.

Care Support Specialists help neighbors work toward stability through individualized planning, document gathering, appointment support, service coordination, and connections to medical, legal, and mental health resources.
