Description
The South Texas Food Bank has been dedicated to alleviating hunger in the South Texas region for over 30 years. Our mission is to collect and distribute food through a network of partner agencies and programs, while also raising awareness and educating the community about the realities of food insecurity. We proudly serve an eight-county area including Webb, Zapata, Jim Hogg, Val Verde, Maverick, Dimmit, Kinney, and Starr counties, working tirelessly to ensure that our neighbors in need have access to nutritious food and vital resources. Through the generous support of our community, we strive to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families facing hunger in South Texas.
