Tempe Community Action Agency

Tempe Community Action Agency works to help low-income residents access nutritious food, stable housing, and essential support. Its programs are designed to strengthen health, housing stability, financial security, and household self-sufficiency.

Food assistance includes a senior center lunch program serving balanced meals to adults age 55 and older and adults with disabilities at centers in the Tempe and South Scottsdale area. See the official lunch program page for current details.

Housing services include I-HELP emergency shelter and daytime resources for adults experiencing homelessness, with shelter, meals, hygiene services, case management, and resource navigation. TCAA also partners on a home-sharing program that connects older adults seeking more affordable housing.
