The Coalition of Tracy Citizens to Assist the Homeless is a Tracy, California nonprofit that helps men experiencing low income or homelessness by providing a safe place to live along with physical, emotional, and spiritual support. Its work is intended to help residents build stability, pursue independence, and participate fully in the community.
Emerson House serves as a transition home for men experiencing homelessness, with a program focused on developing stability and preparing for independent living. Rochester House provides supportive living for formerly homeless men with disabilities. The organization’s work began in 2009, when Marvin Rothschild started providing hot showers to people experiencing homelessness in Tracy.
