The Other Side Village

The Other Side Village is a master-planned, therapeutic community in Salt Lake City designed to help people move beyond chronic homelessness through permanent housing, personal accountability, meaningful work, and supportive relationships.

The Village’s published model centers on private cottage homes with kitchens and bathrooms, affordable rent including utilities, and access to social and medical services. Residents may also participate in a peer-led community with caseworker support, mental health and substance-use resources, food access, recreational activities, and opportunities for paid work through social enterprises.
