The Suncoast Partnership to End Homelessness

Founded in 2005, Suncoast Partnership to End Homelessness serves Manatee and Sarasota Counties as the lead agency for the FL-500 Continuum of Care. Its work focuses on coordinating resources, community planning, systems approaches, and partnerships that support efforts to prevent and end homelessness in the region.

The organization provides year-round leadership and planning for the Continuum of Care, serves as a collaborative applicant for federal and state funding, and administers grants supporting partner agencies. It also manages the federally required Homeless Management Information System, known locally as CSIS, to help coordinate housing and supportive services, identify system needs, and evaluate outcomes.

Suncoast Partnership facilitates Oneby1, the community’s coordinated entry system for identifying needs and developing permanent housing plans.
