Description

Your Way Home Montgomery County is a coordinated housing crisis response system for families and individuals experiencing homelessness or facing an imminent risk of homelessness in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The public-private partnership brings together the county, the Continuum of Care, and contracted service providers to connect people with assistance.

Programs include street outreach, emergency shelter, rapid rehousing, permanent supportive housing, and homelessness prevention through the Eviction Prevention and Intervention Coalition (EPIC). Your Way Home follows a Housing First model and connects participants with supportive services through its provider network. Visit the official Homeless Service Programming page for program information and accessibility details.

Your Way Home also presents Montgomery County’s First Time Homebuyers Program, which may assist eligible low-, moderate-, and median-income households with down payment and closing costs. The program includes counseling related to budgeting, credit, mortgage financing, and homeownership responsibilities. For related information, see NHREA’s Pennsylvania homeless assistance resources and federal assistance resources. Visit the official website to confirm current program details.
