Description

Pacific House in Stamford works to prevent and end homelessness in Fairfield County by providing emergency shelter, permanent supportive housing, meals, and life-changing services for men, women, young adults, and families with children. Its mission centers on helping people move from homelessness toward safe, stable housing.

Through outreach services, Pacific House engages unsheltered individuals and families living on the street. Its permanent supportive housing program pairs residents with services after they are housed, including case management tailored to individual needs. The organization develops and operates supportive housing in Stamford, Norwalk, and Darien.

For additional information about homelessness resources, visit NHREA’s Connecticut homeless assistance resources and federal assistance resources. Visit the official Pacific House website to confirm current program details.
