Center for Urban Community Services

Center for Urban Community Services (CUCS), located at 5th Floor, 198 E 121st St, New York, NY 10035, provides integrated housing, healthcare, and support services for homeless and vulnerable New Yorkers. Its relationship-centered work addresses homelessness and connects people with pathways toward stability and independence.

CUCS programs include street outreach, transitional and permanent supportive housing, case management, psychiatric and primary medical care, housing placement, wellness services, and employment and benefits support. Its Housing Resource Center provides housing information and access for people with psychiatric disabilities and other special needs, including support connected with housing referrals.
