Transitions – Mental Health Association

Transitions-Mental Health Association (TMHA) provides mental health and recovery services in San Luis Obispo and surrounding Central Coast communities. Its programs include housing support, family assistance, employment-focused social enterprises, peer gatherings, mentoring, case management, and licensed clinical treatment.

TMHA also works with community partners on homelessness through outreach, treatment, housing, and multidisciplinary case-management programs.
