Description

People’s Self-Help Housing develops housing and pairs property management with service-enriched supportive housing. Its supportive housing program offers free, confidential clinical case management and onsite care for residents transitioning from housing instability, while connecting them with regional resources that support well-being and stability. Learn more about the Supportive Housing Program.

The organization also administers below-market-rate homeownership programs as a third-party administrator. Through contracts with outside agencies, it provides income certifications and homebuyer education for low-to-moderate-income households pursuing below-market-rate homeownership opportunities. Details are available through the Below Market Rate Program.
