Abode Services
Description
Abode Services helps people experiencing homelessness move toward safe, stable housing through housing and supportive services in the Bay Area. Its work includes prevention, connection, housing, and ongoing support. Learn more about the organization at Abode’s official website.
Abode’s programs include outreach, emergency shelter and interim housing, housing navigation, and connections to Coordinated Entry. Staff help individuals and families identify housing options, complete applications, coordinate assistance, and address barriers to securing and maintaining a home.
Housing services include rapid rehousing with short-term rental assistance and support, as well as permanent supportive housing for people facing significant barriers such as chronic homelessness, disabilities, or complex health conditions. Additional support may include case management, behavioral and mental health services, benefits and healthcare navigation, and resident services.
