Clare House is an emergency shelter in Anchorage operated by Catholic Social Services for women with children and expectant mothers experiencing homelessness. The program provides safe, warm shelter along with meals, food, water, and other basic necessities for mothers and their children.
During their stay, families receive 24-hour support and case management focused on setting and reaching goals that can help them move toward permanent stability. Clare House also connects clients with community resources, including housing, health, and family-support services. Visit the official Clare House page to confirm current program details.
