Welcome House, Inc., the Missouri Valley Coalition for Homeless People (MVCHP), and other dedicated organizations are committed to helping families and individuals overcome homelessness, poverty, and hardship. Since 2005, Welcome House, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, has provided a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for families facing homelessness. Families who arrive at Welcome House are guided by a professional Case Manager to regain stability, develop life skills, and work toward self-sufficiency. Children are a priority, with safe play areas, educational resources, and opportunities for growth, while parents focus on rebuilding their lives. Families receive essentials such as warm beds, nutritious meals, showers, and access to computers, creating a nurturing environment that helps break the cycle of survival mode and promotes long-term success.
