Project ECHO, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing hope and housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Calvert County, Maryland. Through our emergency shelter and supportive housing programs, we help residents regain stability, independence, and self-sufficiency.
Our shelter, Lori’s House, offers 40 beds across dorm-style bedrooms and family suites, creating a safe and supportive environment for all who enter. Each resident receives personalized case management, connecting them to employment opportunities, education programs, healthcare, and wellness services.
With the support of our community, Project ECHO also provides food, clothing, and toiletries to current residents and extends assistance to many former residents as they continue their journey toward independence.
