Good News Ministries

Good News Ministries is an Indianapolis nonprofit that has shared hope through Christ since 1950. Its mission is to support homeless neighbors, underprivileged youth, and medically underserved individuals through environments shaped by love, structure, and lasting transformation.

Programs described by the organization include a men’s shelter with housing and supportive services such as meals, clothing, medical care, addiction recovery counseling, job training, education assistance, and Christian mentoring. The Family Shelter provides apartment-style housing and practical support for women and children facing addiction, emotional trauma, or financial hardship, with a focus on life skills, recovery, wellness, spiritual growth, and progress toward stability and independence.
