Since 1968, the Council of Community Services has provided a comprehensive support network to help individuals and families in Campbell County improve their lives. Operating ten programs, the nonprofit focuses on alleviating poverty through addressing homelessness, hunger, and community needs. Guided by the philosophy of ‘helping people help themselves,’ the Council collaborates with local resources to provide practical solutions, services, and opportunities for self-sufficiency.
