Lmws Inc Pacific Lifeline
Description
Pacific Lifeline is a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering women and their children facing chronic homelessness by providing the structure, resources, and support needed to achieve lasting stability. Unlike traditional shelters, our program focuses on long-term transformation, helping families break the cycle of homelessness permanently.
Our History:
Originally founded as Lifeline Ministries in San Francisco in the early 1900s, our organization transitioned in 1989 to serve homeless women and children. Since 1995, we have been based in Upland, California, continuing our mission to equip families for a self-sufficient future.
Our Results:
Pacific Lifeline offers more than shelter—we provide life skills training, counseling, education, and case management. Our program equips mothers to maintain housing, find and sustain employment, and meet their children’s needs while building a healthier future.
By focusing on long-term stability and empowerment, Pacific Lifeline transforms lives, one family at a time.
